The test delivers results in about 15 minutes from a minimal blood, serum, or plasma sample, ensuring rapid clinical decision-making in urgent settings.
User-Friendly Design for Diverse Clinical EnvironmentsCompact, portable, and packed individually with essential reagents, the test fits seamlessly in hospitals, clinics, emergency rooms, and laboratories. Its automatic operation and real-time analysis minimize manual effort while maximizing reliability and ease of use.
Proven Immunofluorescence Assay TechnologyUtilizing state-of-the-art immunofluorescence assay technology, the Finecare test achieves high sensitivity and accuracy across measurable ranges for cTnI, CK-MB, and Myoglobin. The use of the Finecare FIA Meter ensures consistently quantitative, reproducible results every time.
FAQ's of Finecare One Step CTn I/CK-MB/Myo Rapid Quantitative Test:
Q: How is the Finecare One Step CTn I/CK-MB/Myo Rapid Quantitative Test performed?
A: To perform the test, collect 75 L of human whole blood, serum, or plasma and apply it to the test strip. The strip is then inserted into the Finecare FIA Meter, which automatically processes the sample and provides quantitative results for cardiac markers in about 15 minutes.
Q: What types of environments are suitable for using this cardiac marker test?
A: The test is intended for use in hospitals, emergency rooms, laboratories, and clinics. Its portability and compact packaging also make it suitable for point-of-care settings where fast, reliable cardiac assessment is critical.
Q: When should this test be conducted during the diagnostic process?
A: This test is ideally used when rapid quantitative detection of cardiac markers is needed, such as in suspected acute myocardial infarction or other cardiac-related emergencies where prompt intervention is essential.
Q: Where are the results read and how are they displayed?
A: After applying the specimen and running the test, results are read by the Finecare Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer (FIA Meter). The meter provides a quantitative readout for cTnI, CK-MB, and Myoglobin within the stated measurement ranges.
Q: What are the advantages of using this rapid quantitative test?
A: The main benefits include fast turnaround time (15 minutes), high sensitivity and specificity, easy operation without complex preparation, quantitative result output, and minimal sample volume required-enhancing patient management and workflow efficiencies.
Q: How should the kits be stored and what is their shelf life?
A: Test kits should be stored at 2-30C, away from freezing temperatures and direct sunlight. Unopened kits retain a shelf life of 18 months from the manufacturing date, ensuring long-term usability.
Q: What equipment is required to interpret the results of this test?
A: To interpret results, the Finecare FIA Meter (a Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer) is necessary, as it quantifies the concentrations of cardiac markers and displays results in real time.
